CA Deepak Maru is the Founder Partner of the Firm. He heads the Firm's Direct Tax, Consultancy Practices and has over 25 years' experience in the fields of taxation, accounting compliances, Direct Tax Consultancy, Search and Seizure matters. He is also qualified system auditor. He had played an instrumental role in handling the process of Initial Public Offers on recognized stock exchanges for corporate clients.
CA Monik Dedhia - B.Com, F.C.A.
CA Monik Dedhia has an experience of over 8 years in the field of indirect tax and is backing up the Firm's indirect tax practice. He also assists clients with VAT appeals, Service Tax Appeals and other compliance matters. A vast knowledge in the field of execution of Excel Spread sheets is an added advantage.
CA Aakash Soni - B.Com, A.C.A.
CA Aakash Soni has an experience of over 4 years in the field of Direct tax and is backing up the Firm's direct tax practice. He also assists clients with assessment and reassessment proceedings and other direct Tax Compliance. He is also involved in the due diligence reviews and all matters relating to corporate laws.
Pradip Shah - B.Com, Inter C.A.
Mr. Pradip Shah has experience of as many years as our firm has. He can be said as founder member of our firm and is associated with Firm from day one. He is in centre of and co-ordination and core member of each and every department of our Firm.

The services which the firm provides include accounting, internal audit, statutory audit of companies and bank, business process outsourcing, registration formalities, direct and indirect taxation etc.
